today is a veri bad day for mi sia.. went for bball after a week of rest.. thinkin finally today can play some bball liao.. but at the first match accident happened..am defending this flying guy.. so my right knee cap collied into his left one.. and i lost balance and fell to the ground.. this is still counted as small matter.. but the worst thing is he too lost balance and fell butt first towards my left knee cap.. the impact forced my knee cap to hit the floor hard.. at that point of time..the pain is so unbearable.. no choice have to be carried out of the court sia.. for the whole night there see ppl play.. it so sian ar.. think tmk have to go see doctor liao.. if not.. i'm worried for my future.. hahahaha.. hope it get better in the morning..
